MEYOUTEHM, you're out of your mind. This place was ridiculously accomodating for me! I wrecked my car in December last year when that whacked out random snow storm hit. My car has A LOT of custom work put into it and I was afraid of where I would have to take it. After being referred to Banker's from a friend I decided I would give it a shot and see if they could fix my baby and make her good as new again. Ha!! She's not complete yet (due to the heavy amount of custom work, which I already expected. but She should be out by tomorrow or monday!!!) but I went in a few days ago to take a look at her and she is looking even better than before, even at this stage! The best thing about it all is I got to Renton (I live in Tacoma) in the loaner car that Banker's gave me! Because my insurance company would only pay for a rental for 30 days, Banker's gave me a FREE rental car with no strings attached!!!
The customer service is ridiculously amazing there. You literally are treated with the upmost respect. It's almost as if the second you bring your car in, it now belongs to them because they put so much time, effort, and CARE into their projects. Honestly, I still cannot believe how well they're taking care of me and my baby. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely stand by that statement!!
