Review content:
This was the worst retail experience I have ever had!!! I arrived at 9 am and the store was not open (although it was supposed to be open at 8). I went back in the afternoon with my package and printed postage and the clerk told me it would be $0.50 to tape it to my package. I explained that I only had a credit card. She said they only took credit cards for over $5 and to go to an ATM. I explained that I was in a hurry to catch my train and that in Seattle they had plastic sleeves to put the postage sheet in - so I didn't know to tape it, but would be sure to do so in the future if she could please just send it for me. She refused. I asked to speak with the manager, and she rudely retorted that she was the manager. I politely asked her name, and she flat out refused, called me stupid, and told me to get out of the store or she would call the police. I stood there in shock, while she insulted me more. I eventually retorted in a less than polite way (which I regret), and she and two other employees followed me out of the store screaming insults at me (standing just a foot away from me) while I waited at the corner for the light to change. This is nothing short of intimidation and close to assault. I called corporate (1-888-346-3623) and lodged my complaint. I am still in shock over the manner in which I was treated. This lady (and the other employees for that matter) have no business in retail.
