I have been a customer of South Grayson Water Supply Company for almost 2 years. During this time, I have hoped and anticipated that your business would eventually provide your customers a website and the option to pay their bill electronically. Consumers expect such service from legitimate businesses these days. \r

As a resident of a mid-sized community within your region, I know it would be greatly appreciated by many of your customers if you enhanced customer service by providing a website and electronic bill pay option. Doing so would allow your customers the convenience of paying their bills online in a timely fashion. \r

Since your late notices state in red ink: “Help us help you…”, it seems appropriate to inform you of exactly how you can help your business and us, your customers—please join the 21st century!\r
