I am newly engaged and I am just starting my search for a venue. I recently visited Cappella Court and I must admit I was not exactly thrilled when driving up to the location. The parking is great but the building lacks character and I would have never thought it to be a wedding venue. I was pleasantly surprised once I looked inside. The ballrooms are beautiful. I was greeted by a wonderful lady who reminded me of my mom who was killed in a car accident. She made me feel instantly relaxed and explained all about the venue and gave me lots of information about what was included in the inclusive package. It was great information but I felt a little like it was scripted. Then she smile and said, Now, tell me about you. How can I help you plan your perfect day. My first thought was I want my mom with me but I knew I couldnt tell a perfect stranger this so I said, I want my guest to feel welcomed. I want them to enjoy every minute of my wedding as if they were invited to my home. She chuckled and said, Have you ever planned a dinner party? I said no but I helped my mom with lots of them. She said, Well then, are you ready to plan your first dinner party? I promise it will be the most memorial dinner party you will ever plan. Suddenly all that information she was giving me was beginning to make sense to me. It didnt feel scripted any longer. She was laying the foundation to my dinner party. My Wedding! The biggest dinner party I would ever have. The short time we spent together really calm my fears. I stopped there on my way home from work on a whim. She was locking up the buldings. She gave me so many helpful hints on how to save on my wedding. The time had past so quickly I didnt have time to stay for the estimate but I promised to come in the following Saturday. On the way home I recall having that wonderful feeling. I AM A BRIDE!. I was so excited it was sort of like looking for the perfect dress you'll know it in your gut when it's your dress. I knew I had found my venue and I knew i wanted Valinda to help me plan my very first dinner party. Unfortunately the business side of me started reseaching and I have found lots of mixed reviews. Some I feel are old employees like the review claims but some reviews I feel may be the owner or employees posting reviews. I know that I would not take the time to post all of these reviews on so many sites if I were a bride. The reviews seem to be back to back. I was heart broken.
