Review content:
I will no longer be shopping at my favorite 'go to' Christmas store for Holiday decor. I have frequented the store many times since I was introduced to it in 1993. However today Robin answered the phone and lost the Noel Store a good customer-ME! I will have to purchase my tree somewhere else after being treated to a ?shopping for dummies? lecture by Robin. She quoted me a price on a tree that was to high. I told her I had found it at a lower price but I wanted the tree this weekend because I had time to assemble it. She then offered me the information about the sale that they had just had this past weekend and how I should have bought the tree when it was on sell. She continued to brag about 'what a great price it was' then she chastised me for asking about purchasing the tree at that sale price she had just bragged about. She condescendingly explained to me that I should have come to the store when the sale was going on and not called after the sale. She continued to lecture me about the sell ?was then? and I had missed it. I hope Robin felt like a bigger person after lecturing a customer ready to buy a $600 item. So it?s a lose-lose situation?I have to drive an extra hour home in hopes the other store has the tree, Robin lost the sale and the store will lose a customer. \r
