Review content:
I called them to come out in 2006 to secure all my air duct lines. In 2007, I called a company to come and clean my ducts and they said they could not because some of my ducts were not connected and were not secured at all and air was leaking out. That is what I had specifically paid Air One to do to my ducts. When I called Air One about the problem, I got the run around. I got the old, ""Our installation manager will call you back today"". When that didn't happened I called the next day and got the same excuse. When again it never happened, I got the, ""the owner said he would call you this evening and come by to look at it."" When that never happened, I got a call saying they would send some one out. They finally did come out a week after they said they would originally and after I called them everyday to remind them that they did not all or show up. Now they have said they would be back to finish some work and they actually scheduled it for Friday. After calling and comfirming on Monday that the work would indeed be done on Friday (mold fogger, we had to leave the house and take our toddler children and 2 dogs elsewherewe for over 8 hours) we took the day off from work. On Thursday we again called to confirm the appointment on Friday (so as not to miss work, or take the dogs to a kennel, or find a place to be on Friday, if we didn't have to) and they said they would be here on Friday but not until after 11am (later than told originally, but ok). Guess what, on Friday after 12pm noon, I call them and........ they say they will not be coming out today. Sorry, these things(scheduling cancellations and rescheduling) happen all the time, sorry you called and we comfirmed, sorry you missed a day of work, etc......
