I rented a moving truck from this poor excuse for a company and the experience was awful from the moment I arrived on the premises. Pick-up was scheduled for 7AM, but no one was there - even after there were triple confirmations the previous day as to the time of pick-up. I had to call the leasing company to track down the owner. No apologies once the owner arrived, just a nasty attitude. The truck was a complete mess, so the owner decided to spray it down and clean the inside, all while I stood there waiting with the truck running for 25 minutes - gas that I was responsible for refilling. When I approached the owner to discuss the gas issue, he became even more miserable and yelled at me to go rent a truck somewhere else. He also threatened to call the police and demanded an apology from me when I lost my temper and responded to this horrific treatment. I have never been so disgusted in my life. Definitely avoid this place at all costs. A complete disgrace!!!!!
