I lived in building 16 for a year, and never had a major problem with this complex. The office personnel was nice, and it was always EXTREMELY quiet on the grounds and in the apartment (it had thick walls). The parking was excellent (we always parked right next to our buiding), and the apartment seemed huge. My roommate and I had to call maintenance once, and they responded within 24 hours. The only minor issues we had were that the carpeting seemed crunchy (like it was steam-cleaned and soap was left in it, which is easily solved), and the pool was tiny. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay there.
