Our company booked a bus form Tropiano which was supposed to come to our business at 4:30 to take employees to a Phillies game. The bus was 40 minutes late. Then it broke down. We got a new bus which got us there in the 6th inning. But that is not all- the second bus broke down on the way home. We had to pay over $500 for cabs and got back at 1am. When I called Tropiano on Monday, a customer service manager hung up on me. I have not heard back from the company.
