Initiallly, I was happy with the service. Showed up on time, correct car, etc. The honeymoon was over, so to speak, when I received my credit card bill this month. When I originally booked the car from Advanced Limousine they told me that my husband and I would receive a ""complementary ride to the airport"" for our honeymoon if we booked with them! Sounded great! So we booked, and they called to confirm the flight time for the honeymoon and asked if we'd like to pay for a ride BACK (ride there being ""complementary"" according to phone conversation AND contract). We declined paying for a ride back and said we were excited about a free ride to the airport. A month later I get a $63 charge on my credit card. I call to ask why I was billed for the ""complementary"" ride and they said because we didn't book a ride BACK, we had to pay half of the price to the airport. WHAAAAAAAT????? SO wrong.....it was a bait and switch situation that was never disclosed to us upon booking. SO SHADY. Made me very upset, and the manager made no attempt to apologize or re mediate the situation. Watch out for that scam, or don't book at all!!!
