I had been searching high and low for salon here in the LA area with no luck, up intil a co-worker came to work with the most amazing new haircolor and cut. She told me she sees Jared DeCarlo at Chrome in Culver City. I made the drive from West Hollywood and met Jared. He was warm and very welcoming. The space was open, modern and no pretention.(big surprise in LA) I was greeted and offered a Pelligreno. He was very attentive and had ideas about what would look best..i trusted him and I must say the results were better than my former regular stylist in NYC(sorry Barry). Beautiful cut and color. \r
Oh and I have curly hair, for those who know what a disaster a wrong stylist can be for curly hair.\r
I recommend Jared to everyone. My whole family sees him now. Love that guy.
Pros: Jared and the amazing staff, open and airy, not pretentious.
