I was referred to Kenya by the Queen Bee (who couldn't fit me in for an emergency appt)...and was I glad I went to her! Not only did Kenya put me at ease right away...she genuinely cared for my well being. When I spoke to her on the phone, she gave me instructions for pre-waxing prep...and upon meeting her, she calmed my nerves about getting my first Brazillian and got right to it. It wasn't as bad as I thought at all. It wasn't embarrassing or uncomfortable. Kenya is very professional and answered all the questions I had in mind. She made the experience very pleasant and I will be referring all my friends (esp ones who got bad waxes before) to Chrome to meet Kenya!
