Hello, I am a ChicagoGraystone Property hostage! I live in a beautiful unit that they built but could not sell, hence they leased it. I was very impressed by the finishes and the layout, but clearly that work must have been outsourced. At the lease signing, the service peaked! \r
Our property manager is Jeff Piazekney and the only thing harder than saying his last name is getting ahold of him. On a good day he is a GOOF! His assistant Angela, cannot get you off the phone fast enough. She is less than helpful. Our building needs painting, the common areas are dirty, the dumpsters do not get emptied, and the building is STILL not finished. I know 1 tenant is meeting with an attorney to break the lease due to ""nonperformance"". All this at a ""Luxury Rental"" for a rent of $3000 per month. If you are a tenant GET OUT WHEN YOU CAN, if you are not a tenant, STAY OUT! These people are in way in over their heads they could not manage their way out of a wet brown paper bag.
