I walked in an over processed blond. My hair was brittle, my ends were dry. Vicky looked at my hair and said, ""you will be beautiful as a brunette. "" Funny, I was thinking of doing that. We talked extensively about my desire for a rich, flattering brown that was not mousy or ashy. I trusted her and walked out of the salon with the most gorgeous, healthy looking chestnut and highlight I had ever seen. For someone who was a blonde for many years. it's pretty amazing to have a no-regret experience. I would absolutely see her again. you will not regret it.
