Guaranteed Heating and Cooling is a provider for my home warranty company and I would caution anyone looking for HVAC service to look elsewhere. The first word order I place required multiple visits to have correctly completed (I had the initial work reviewed by a family member who works in the industry who identified short-cuts taken that had more efficient and effective fixes). After I placed the second work order I was called and told that ""Work will start at 8am and continue throughout the day as long as necessary"". No one had arrived by 8:45 so I called the company only to be harrangued by the workman who told me that they don't make appointments and that I was ""on the list"" and he would get to me at some point that day. While I understand that this is a common practice I was shocked at how rude and generally unprofessional he was on the phone. He insisted that his company would never schedule and appointment and then told me that he had three other calls that morning asking the same thing I did so obviously I was not the only person misled. To add insult to injury I spent the day waiting for his call which never came. I was not even called to be notified that no one would be able to make it out to service my AC unit that day. \r Do yourself a favor and look for heating and cooling service with another company. Cons: Rude technician, Fail to show, average to below average service
