When I moved to Austin 2 years ago I was nervous about finding a new jeweler since I have found many to be pushy and a bit snooty in the past. I was not in the market for jewelry at the time, but for jewelry and watch repair. Once I walked into Duncan and Boyd I knew I had found the right place for me. Not only are the staff super helpful and friendly, but I never felt pushed or pressured to make a purchase. I have always felt that they have given me the same amount of attention and help as anyone else in there making a big purchase. No matter what my needs have been, they have never been too small for them to handle. Once I am in the market for another gorgeous piece of jewelry, i know where I will be going!
