I have been to so many sushi places, and Kyoto is honestly one of the best places I've been...especially for their happy hour prices. As for the slow service, I'm pretty sure it's only like that during happy hour, because I've been there before happy hour started and it wasn't very crowded. Definitely do not go there with a large crowd and expect to be served promptly! But although my waiters have all been rather slow, I have found the service to be wonderful and the owners pleasant. Some tips: I really recommend the Longhorn. I'm not much for the sweet and sour taste, but even I love the Longhorn. Also, I'd suggest you get there before happy hour starts if you don't have the patience to wait for a seat (but that's pretty much common sense). Pros: happy hour prices Cons: limited space
