I live in Alabama and was desperately trying to figure out the solution to my Check Engine Light on my 2000 New Beetle. After surfing the internet and randomly calling Rolf's because I thought the company was very skilled in Volkswagens based upon the online information, I talked to Mark, who gave me an assessment based upon what I told him. It clearly helped me. He said to make sure that I had the right part. I purchased the part suggested and it got rid of my P0102 and P0103 codes that I previously had on my car. He did not have to help me, but he did. He new exactly what he was talking about without even seeing the car. Thanks Mark. You helped a lot. Rolf's Import knows what it is doing.
