If I could give this pharmacy a 0, I would. My fiance just got off the phone with Darren in the pharmacy. I am outraged at his blatant disrespect for customers. This month, like every month, he requested his prescription refilled after 25 days. Little did I know, he was leaving to go on a trip cross-country early on Monday morning so it was especially important that he have it filled at the 25 day mark (this is what his insurance allows & he dropped off his prescription yesterday). He asked Darren to run his prescription through insurance to see if it was approved. Darren told my fiance that he couldn't pick it up until the 28th day. My fiance then told him that he can't wait that long for personal reasons and that he need it filled at the 25 day mark like usual. Darren raised his voice, insulted my fiance, accused him of lying, and told him that he had to provide proof of his trip. He even stated that even if my fiance's insurance DID allow the prescription to be filled, he would block it because ""he's a liar."" What he failed to understand was that my now fiance wouldn't disclose my detailed plans of WHY he needed it because he was planning a surprise trip to propose to me. Since I heard all of the commotion and asked for an explanation, he ended up telling me about the trip and just gave me the ring. Now I get to remember this situation as my proposal. Thanks for that. AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS.
