Review content:
I want to caution anyone considering doing business with International Liquidators, run by Javier Perez. After a 6 month+ struggle, I was taken for $200 trying to buy a replacement Sony Plasma screen from them. Initially, the first screen sent to me had persistent vertical lines and was returned at my own expense. The cost of shipping was significant and Javier promised to reimburse this. Repeated requests to honor this were ignored. The second screen sent was smashed in delivery and returned through UPS damage services. Because it was packed in a homemade box, UPS refused to honor the damage claim. Javier indicated that I would get reimbursed only if the claim were honored. The initial order was placed in July 2011, it is now April 2012, I have no working screen, no returned money, and no replies to my repeated emails seeking resolution. Buyer beware.
