Review content:
this place was horrible. single worst experience of my adolescence. the staff were like prison guards with less compassion, training , and professionalism. I was told to take lithium, by my psychiatrist, which virtually every other kid was also taking, like all of them, even though we all had different issues. I refused to take it, eventually they came into my room, 5 male staff and one female nurse, and tied me to my bed and stripped me to inject me but not with lithium, a powerful anti psychotic, which I wasn't diagnosed with, but lithium wasn't available in injectable form back then, only anti psychotics. It made me violently sick, I have never been that sick in my life, never. and I felt like I was going insane, it made me so anxious I couldn't be in one spot for more than two minutes, I was like a continuous panic attack, no way to explain how horrible, ineffable.
