I 've been here a while and the floors are breaking down out from under your feet. I am a clean person and I have constant ant problems. pest control has come out twice and nothing worked. hot tub hasn't worked in four years and yet they omit that from future tenants. The make ready crew does a terrible job. They paint over rotted and molded spots in the shower and kitchen area, instead of taking the time to....clean. Dead insects and paint on the windows. \r

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Their only justification for the their high rates is the location.
Pros: location. view if your in the right spot.
Cons: dirty, old, breaking down, nothing done to make it look modern or worth the price. hot tub never works
