Honestly, I originally thought they did an okay job installing our floors. However I am now having a HUGE amount of warping going on and the only person I can get to speak to me is the woman who answers the phone. She just keeps giving me abrupt messages from the owner. She gave me a quote from him without anyone even coming out to see the problem I am speaking about. They are giving me all kinds of aggressive-feeling explanation without even looking at the floor. It feels like they are defensive and they haven't even looked at the problem area. The vibe is so ""icky"" that we will most likely get our floor repaired by someone else (unless my husband wants to deal with these people). I would never recommend them to anyone, ever.
