On other exercise programs I burned out in 6 months. I joined Pecan Grove Curves 18 months ago and am still going strong! The workouts are fast and efficient with equipment that monitors your progress and keeps you challenged. The membership is women-only and is more about laughter and support than checking out potential dates. The knowledgeable owner and staff keeps things interesting and fun. I've lost inches, gained strength, and feel better than ever. Wish I'd done this years ago.
