Review content:
We have had King Appliance Service out two different times. I have a Bosch dishwasher, and we had a recalled part. When the person who was sent out did the work, the connection in the wall was not put back in exactly right. When we had King Appliance Service come out, the repairman explained that to us.
Because of that issue, the pan underneath the dishwasher had a hole. He improvised a repair for that, and it made it even better than getting a new pan. He was very good, and very creative. We were really impressed, and King Appliance Service saved us from having to get a new dishwasher.
That was the first time we used them. We wound up using them because the first person we used was 45 minutes late with no call; we had to cancel our dinner plans because of it. We were reffed to King Appliance, and we were very pleased when we dealt with them. They are very good on time, and the experience was super.
We also have two refrigerators, one in our kitchen, and then an older one in the utility room. The one in our kitchen had a broken ice-maker, and then our older one started leaking. King Appliance came out to service both of them. We were very pleased with everything and are even having him replace all the gaskets for the older refrigerators. We have been really pleased with their knowledge and their ability in everything.
