Review content:
I went here because my favorite stylist has been unavailable, and this salon is both in my neighborhood and boasts the organic products. After having me sit and do nothing but chit-chat for an hour, Ashra handed me a book and said ""hurry up and tell me what highlights you want. She's coming."" I chose without much confidence because I was suddenly being rushed. Marina (who is absolutely lovely and an asset to this salon) helped me choose something and put me a little at ease. Then, she had to go back to another client. After waiting 80 minutes, no one had done a thing to my hair. Knowing I didn't have another hour and a half--or more--to complete this errand and growing tired of the lack of respect for my time, I left. It's a shame because this business has a lot of potential, but not if you have a life and more to do that sit around the shop all day and be told how much you do wrong (despite eating healthy, exercising regularly, buying organic, etc.).
Pros: Advertises 100% organic products
Cons: After 80 minutes of waiting, I gave up and left.
