Review content:
For my birthday, my boyfriend signed us up for a cooking class. I am not a very good cook, but I had a blast at this class! The class was held in the instructor's home, so it was very quaint. And her home is absolutely adorable. We took the ""rendezvous a deux"" class. Upon arrival, we were greeted with drinks and appetizers. And my wine glass was promptly refilled throughout the evening. The instructor went through some cooking techniques (basic knife skill, etc...nothing too hard or fancy) and had a few pointers on the ingredients we were using. And then she took us through her recipes step by step. After class, we ate our creations under the stars (on her patio). It was such a fabulous evening. My only warning would be to get very specific directions online before heading over there...it was a bit confusing. But it was definitely worth it.
Pros: Ambiance, very friendly laid-back instructors, great date idea
Cons: a little hard to find
