Businiess name:  Thai Cafe

Review content:
Thai Cafe has a nice relaxed atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive. We visited for lunch and had 3 main courses: Thai Fried Rice with BBQ chicken, Pad Thai, and Red Curry noodle with Salmon. Each main course came with a free salad or coconut soup. The salad was just commonfare greens with a japanese like vinegrette ginger dressing, while the coconut soup was sweet and worth just a try for newbies. Fried rice was fine but the chicken tasted like normal grilled chicken with basted sweet BBQ sauce. Pad Thai was very average with huge amounts of sugar.....quite disappointing. The flavor of the curry noodles was passable (a bit on the sweet side again) but the salmon was slightly overcooked. In all, a very average place, but maybe good in terms of triangle standards. Pros: Friendly sevice, not too expensive Cons: Unspectacular food for the american palate
