Review content:
I LOVE these people. I have taken my Pontiac to their service center ever since I had a recall and they were on the list of places that could take care of the recall. They have always treated me well, and even not charged me for little things, but the BIGGEST thing happened today. Three weeks ago my car overheated and I happened to be close so stopped there and asked them to take a look. They fixed it and it was expensive, and I knew I could probably take it to a smaller/cheaper shop but have always trusted these guys so decided to just pay and go on with my life. Last Saturday I was Christmas shopping and it overheated again. I was quite upset. I took the car in and got the bad news - my block was cracked. I was again, quite upset and asked why the heck they hadn't found that before I spent so much to get it fixed. Tony (who took time out of his vacation to come in specifically for this issue) was quite apologetic and I told him to just park the car, because I didn't have $$ to buy a new engine. I layed awake all night trying to figure out what I was going to do, as I have another year and a half of payments on this car. I got a call this morning from Tony's boss, who said Merry Christmas - we're going to make you whole, we're going to fix this, and it won't cost you a penny. They had talked to GM and convinced them to partner with Champion and get me a new engine. This is a big deal to me. I'm a single Mom and don't have much. It would have destroyed me financially. On a side note - my son just bought his first car there, and I felt they gave him a great deal on that as well - he had no credit and 1099 income and they made it work for a decent APR. I love Champion Chevrolet and may never go anywhere else.
