Review content:
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I called Kneeland Air and Heat to come check my A/C and they sent a service man out to my house. He told me that my system was low on 11 pounds low on Freon and he filled it for me on the outdoor unit. He then went into the attic and told me there was a leak and gave me an estimate of $1450 to $1850 to repair it. Then he charged me over $500 for the Freon and the estimate. Well, the Freon didn’t do anything at all. The house never got one degree cooler. Why would you even fill the Freon before you knew if there was a leak? So I called them back the next day and said that what he did didn’t do anything and that I ended up paying $500 for an estimate. He said that there was nothing he could do and he would come back out and take another look if I wanted. I told him that I thought I was going to get someone else to look at it and he hung up on me. I called right back because I wanted to tell the manager that one of their service people had just hung up on a customer and the receptionist told me that the serviceman I spoke with was the OWNER of the company. Anyway I called another A/C company and they replaced my coil, gave me more Freon and fixed the whole thing for $815. I paid Kneeland Air $564 for nothing and this other company fixed the whole thing for $815. Kneeland was also going to charge me another $1450 to $1850 to fix it. I would have ended up paying them over $2000 dollars. Way more than twice what it cost to fix. I beg you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Cons: Overpriced and didn't fix A/C
