Businiess name:  Rick's Cleaners

Review content:
A shirt came back from Rick's Cleaners on Cameron Road with two oily stains. I hadn't worn it and it still had the cleaner's stapled tag attached in a button hole. I no longer had the receipt because it had been more than a week since I picked up the shirt. The clerk indifferently pointed to a sign that says all returns have to be made within 48 hours of picking up your garments, and added, ""...I need a ticket or something."" How do you argue with that line of thinking?\r So, I guess they're saying you should carefully inspect all the clothes you take to Rick's within two days of picking them up, because they're might be something wrong with the quality of their work. \r A smart business would say, sorry, let's try it again, no charge.
