So I went to Jovie after reading good reviews on this site. All in all the experience ended well but not without quite a bit of problems. I went in and explained at leangth what exactly I wanted as far as the cut and style. The girl did not listen at all! She did a terrible cut and I had to keep reminding her to do things that I had asked for. The styling was also very very bad. I left the salon super upset. And once I got home and looked at the cut I saw it was totaly uneven. With no layers cut in which is why I was haing it cut! So I called the salon and explained how upset I was. The manager called me back within minutes and said I could come back in at no charge to fix it. When I returned to the salon the were super nice and a diffrent stylist re-cut and styled it beautifully. So if you do go and your stylist is not listening just ask for another stylist. The others were great its too bad that one stylist is bringing them down.
