I'm a college student on a quest for clear skin (and an exit out of the acne phase of my life). I've had a few facials in the past few years, but all too often, I felt like the estheticians mindlessly rubbed smell-good lotions on my face, zapped a lazer here and there, mumbled some sales pitch about so-and-so products and sent me on my way. Bottom line: they were nice face massages for 20 min, but I never learned about skin care, and my face was just as patchy/blotchy/pimply the next day. I'm writing this review because I was so impressed with Venus' service. She has a true passion for her work, talked me through some of the science (but only the vital stuff!), and maintained an incredibly friendly and personable attitude. But most importantly, my face was pristine afterwards -- it was unbelievably clear for weeks, and I loved it! I highly recommend Venus if you get the chance. I go to her every now and again when I need some skin luxury, and I am continually impressed. Believe me, it's not only about relaxtion, but your face feels so clean and fresh afterwards...you won't be disappointed!
