Review content:
I have a 2007 EOS that drains the battery. The dealership, Hiley Volkswagen, cannot diagnose why this is happening. Took it twice, they kept it 3 weeks. They said they worked with HQ tech support. No help there. Took it home on Saturday, car is dead again the next day. The battery is ruined from being drained so many times. This is the 3rd battery in the car. I know it will probably not hold a charge any more. I offered to buy a VW battery if they would guaranty to replace it when it gets ruined. They said all they could offer was the standard warranty. I'm sure they are hoping I go away, but going to call them on Monday. This is the dealership where I bought the car. Don't buy a VW and don't go Randy Hiley. \r \r Understand that electrical issues are hard to diagnose, but when the car dies in the dealership, one would think they could figure it out. National Customer Service is equally useless. All they do is call the dealership and tell you exactly the same thing the service writer and/or manger just told you. They are no help in resolving any issue, they actually suggested I take it to a different dealership and also referred me to researching the Texas Lemon laws\r \r Making it my mission to post on as many web sites and to file complaints about VW and this dealership.\r
