VERY DISSAPOINTED. I went to this place because it was close to work and had good reviews. I have a tragus piercing that I needed to get a new ear ring. The last one I had was not the normal type you would get with this kind of piercing; it was just a hook on the back. So, I came here and discussed all this with them, looked at what they had and decided on an earring. They said they would put it in for me as I wouldn’t be able to do it myself, ok I thought.
They went through the process of sterilizing the ear ring and I was very pleased with all that, seemed very clean. After that when he went to put the ear ring in it took longer and hurt more than it did when I originally got it pierced. After it was over I went up to pay and he said it would be $80… $80?!?! When I was looking at the ear rings he said it was $20, now I realize that price was just for the ear ring. I only paid $60 when I originally got it done. This is what they charge to do this piercing and I ALREADY have it pierced! I didn’t say much as I felt like this was partly my fault and decided I should have asked complete total prior so I went ahead and paid.
Then, one week and 1 day later the piercing fell out. The whole purpose of getting this earring was that they said it would not move around or fall out easily if at ever. I went back to the shop the next day and told them what happened. He said they could put another one in. After my last lesson here I asked how much because they had charged me $80 before and it lasted a whole week and I wasn’t pleased considering how much it was and that it fell out a week later. He said he would have to charge me. I was very irritated and said no. I ended up going to a different place and they only charged me $18 and put it in for me! Note, this was not the place I originally got it done at either!
I’m sure they do great tattoo work as all the reviews are very positive but I unfortunately can not recommend this place and feel like they do not stand behind their work. I’m ok with paying more for a good and clean job done but in this case it was not good. It was a total waste of $80 and to top it off the customer service following was horrible.
