Review content:
We had dinner there last week with friends from Canada and for the first time ever, we were a bit disappointed. We have always chosen Houston's as a must dining experience for many years with friends and out of town guests, sent gift cards for holiday gifts, etc . The person who served us was less than we expected from our past experiences for years at this location. The yellowtail snapper was very good, but the portions were really stingy and the potatoes underneath the fish? where were they? Paid extra for broccoli, why? I realize and totally understand the difficult times we are all experiencing during this economy, but you could really increase the vegetable portion and still make a profit. We have new folks visiting us tomorrow and they want to go to Houston's and we will take them there . I just hope somewhere along the way you will find a way yo provide the wonderful service you used to have and give customers some value. It would be a real shame to lose the Houston's on the water that so many folks love!
