Either I got extremely lucky the 2 times I had dinner at SupperClub, or some of these poor people in the previous posts had terrible luck. I had a fantastic time both times. First, the decor (and lighting) is STUNNING...world class! Second, I found the waitstaff to have a really good balance between being knowledgeable, efficient and attentive, yet at the same time they also were playful, sassy and fun....great service both times. \r \r I went the first time with my girlfriend and the second time with a group of 4. Both times, all 5 courses were delicious and it seemed like everyone around us were having an equally great time. The meals did not take as long as some of these posts say. It did take about 3 hours, which is long for normal U.S. standards, but if you go with people that you like and you make an evening out of it, it's perfect....relaxed and fun........In fact, both times, we (and many others) stayed for quite a while after the dinner was finished, hanging out, listening to the incredible music, chatting with our ""neighbors"" next to us, even dancing. And they have periodic entertainment throughout the meal, which, both times, I found to be really interesting and strange, but in a good way, because the performers I saw were truly talented and extremely creative....I thought they really added to the entire experience...\r \r To recap, I guess supperclub isn't for everyone. But, if you are a fun, adventurous person who is open-minded and likes to experience something unpredictable and out of the ordinary, and you go with people you genuinely like, then you will LOVE supperclub. If you're conservative and are uncomfortable with trying new things or don't like a lively environment when you dine, then you might be better off staying home in your own bed. I, for one, would go back in a heartbeat! Hope this helps you decide if it's right for you...
