Was referred to Phancy's by my cousin and I'm glad she did! I have had my hair cut and colored and it has been the best experience that I have ever had. I have been coloring my hair for several years now and have never had it explained and demonstrated to me so thoroughly. Not knowing exactly what hairstyle or color I wanted, she was very patient in helping me decide. I appreciated being put at ease to feel comfortable with any questions I had. It was obvious that her goal was to make me feel comfortable and happy with my experience there. Not only was the service great, but I also enjoyed the atmosphere. The shop is in a converted house with antique pieces cleverly used as hair stations. I didn't feel like I was in the usual sterile business atmosphere, but was in an inviting place where I could relax. Although I live and work in Irving, the drive to Plano is well worth it. I strongly recommend Phancy's--it's not just a hair salon, but a treat to look forward to.
