Review content:
We made the pilgramage from Round Rock, TX to eat at Suze for some very important reasons. The staff was gracious and attentive. The food was exceptional. There is such an art to blending flavours and textures so that each bite is an amusment park in your mouth. Think of the scene in Ratoullie when the flavour of the food is animated with pops and stars of colours. This is what happens in your mouth with every bite. The portions were very generous. Save room for dessert! My eight year old loved her Angel Hair Pomadoro but exclamied "" I will never order pasta again if there is lamb on the menu!"" A simply magical perfect evening. Pros: Service, food the whole package Cons: small dining room( but is this really a con?)
