Review content:
Although I had a good experience with one of the hair stylists, Jonathan, their front desk and people who answer the phones to take appts. are lacking in social skills. I had an issue with scheduling that I raised with the manager Nina and she was very unaccomodating and could care less to help me out. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. There are other high end salons with a better staff and people who care to keep your business. This may be top notch in haircuts (only because of the stylists that work there) but it is no way a top notch salon in customer service!
