Review content:
I have been a client of Treat for three years now and have always had a great experience. Where else does the staff give you a free footbath and hand massage every time? ( and with a smile? ) I felt compelled to write a review because of a client situation I witnessed on my last visit, and then seeing the client in question post a review under the name cecsun. I will admit that I am a little defensive of my hairdresser, but I can not sit by while this person makes stuff up. She got her hair done in the chair next to me and made it very clear in her consultation that cost was a big concern for her and that she wanted to see a colorist that was just starting out. She then asked for something that was SO NOT natural in color that you would have to be a magician to get it right. She told the colorist that she wanted bold highlights in the craziest shade of purple that I have ever heard of. When they were done she told the colorist that they were not the EXACT shade of purple that she wanted and made the girl redo her hair. Before she started she asked a second colorist for his opinion and he agreed with the formula. When they washed off that color, her highlights were purple, but the woman said it still was not EXACT. She then made this poor girl redo the entire color over. Once again, the colorist asked the opinion of a THIRD colorist before applying the color and she agreed with the formula. Of course when they were done this woman still was not happy and threw a FIT! They told her that they would try again at no charge for any of the color services that day, and she then told everyone that it was fine and actually gave her colorist a hug before she left. Talk about wierd passive/aggressive behavior. I find it sad that people like this, who can not be pleased, try to use public spaces to try and ruin the reputation of people who only tried to make her happy. This salon is great and the people are wonderful, do not listen to one bad apple! Pros: Patient and understanding!
