Review content:
After having my car window bashed in (on a rainy day no less), I called Safelite and was relieved to get an appointment the next day. They said they'd come to my house between 12:00noon and 5:00pm (sound like anyone else you know?). That should have been a clue about how much they valued me as a customer, but I wanted my window fixed. So I waited, and waited, and waited. By 4:00pm I was getting nervous about it, so I called them back to confirm the appointment, and was told, yes, it was scheduled for that day, and that the repairman would call me and let me know what time he would arrive. 5:00pm comes and goes, I call again and their office is closed. I left a message, but they still haven't responded. Bottom line - they never showed up, they never even called, they just decided it was OK to waste my day. To me they're just as bad as the criminals who vandalized my car, as both cost me the same amount of money.
