Review content:
They had to replace front and rear quarter panels and reskin both driver's side doors. When I picked up the car the gascap was misaligned; fixed right then, but poor quality control. There were clearcoat drips that needed to be buffed too.
Both doors sounded hollow; I was told when I brought the car back that seam-sealant hadn't been applied. Also the rear window glass was scratched after I picked up the car. They agreed to replace it because the car was obviously very new and in perfect shape, but I agree with a previous reviewer - get pictures of the whole car before handing it over to them!
They have been very reasonable about fixing their mistakes so far, without requiring any paperwork, but my car should never have been returned to me in the condition that it was. Good management after the fact, but very poor QC.
Pros: fast, good insurance, fixes mistakes
Cons: dirty rental car, poor quality control, makes mistakes
