I have lived here for 5 months and things are going downhill. I have had a leak in my roof since I moved in that still needs to be fixed and I was told that it only leaks when it rains and it doesn't rain in Texas to much. It took them two months to repair my broken bedroom window that was broke by the recent hail storm. Their ""entry"" not SECURITY gates have not worked since I have been here and my truck was recently broken into. I complained monthly about the entry gates and when I went in to complain about my truck they said it was not their responsibility they are not liable. Their laundry facility machines are always broken and take your money which you will not get back, the dumpsters are always overflowing and garbage is thrown on the ground making the property dirty. The only bright side is the maintenance staff is great. They work hard but I beleive they are overwhelmed with the amount of service calls they have so it takes longer than it should to get things fixed. I suggest that you find another place to live this place is unacceptable.
