Businiess name:  Fuller's Jewelry

Review content:
After entering Fuller's and not being greeted or acknowledged by any of the clerks behind the displays, I preceded to look around the store. I wanted to have a family heirloom cleaned but browsed their selection until someone was available.\r \r A woman came in the store behind me and a store clerk came out of nowhere from a back office to help her promptly. I admit I am a little young looking but there is absolutely no reason to not be acknowledged in a store who claims to treat you like family. I guess that's only some people. \r \r After about five more minutes the same woman came over to me and said, "" Are you here to sell gold, or did you want to buy something?"" Most people who are trained in customer service would address a possible customer differently. She automatically assumed the only reason I could be in that store was to sell jewelry. \r \r I was extremely disappointed in their level of customer service and will not return to this store for any reason.\r \r
