When I used to live in Dallas, I used to eat at Panda's all the time. The food was great. I came into town this week (12/07/09) for a business trip and was staying close to Panda's. I ordered from Panda's two nights in a row. Both times the ""hot & spicy"" dishes tasted sweet, even though I asked them to make them EXTRA spicy. The second night Panda's charged me 25 cents for one pair of chopstick and 50 cents for extra chili oil. They did not do that the first night. Both nights my order was over $20. I didn't care about the charge for the sauce, but for CHOPTSTICKS! You are a CHINESE restaurant!!!! It would be like the Blackeyed Pea charging for forks and spoons. Come on! Nonetheless, the food quality had definitely gone downhill. Won't be eating at Panda's ever AGAIN!
