We specifically asked the groomers her if they knew how to groom a Kerry Blue Terrier and they said yes. So the first time we picked up our Kerry Blue, he looked like a schnauzer - shaved on top with a long skirt on bottom, and when they were asked to fix it they just completely shaved my poor puppy practically BALD!! So we decided to give them another try and explained to the groomer that he was not to be shaved but scissored and when we picked him up it was apparent that they just bathed him and brushed him, there was no grooming involved. Being nice, my husband wanted to give them one more try so we took him today, and the groomer even called me to tell me that my dogs coat was to matted to scissor so they were just going to have to shave him, we asked them to brush him out (duh) and so they said that would be an extra $10, we agreed to that and when my husband just went to pick him up - guess what . . . they shaved him anyway.
