Review content:
Their stress is on curls at the expense of the hairstyle as a whole. My curls looked great, but the style looks like Kenny G hair, not flattering at all. I had healthy, shiny curls in a style that did not suit my face or figure. Their philosophy of maintaining curls takes WAY too long for me to do daily. Next day I woke up with mushed curls that needed their whole process to revive them but I didn't have time. My $100+ haircut got stuffed into a ponytail. After 2 months I still wear it in a ponytail 3 days a week. When I do their routine, the curls look pretty good, but I must put the front in barrettes to avoid the ""Kenny G."" asymetrical flop. Plus, I noticed split ends: she focused on individual curls and cutting them at different angles and clearly missed some split ends. Pros: very nice people, good "shampoo", like the products Cons: styling bad, missed my split ends, bad look for me
