Review content:
I'll try to keep this short and simple.\r Camera Doctor in Houston has horrific customer service who will not hesitate to blame you for the problems they create. \r \r I own a small photography business and I was having trouble with one of my lenses. I took it to Camera Doctor and they told me the lens would be ready in 14 days. After hearing nothing for 16 days and with a photoshoot fast approaching I gave Camera Doctor a call. They told me that they part needed to fix the lens was backordered. I asked why they didn't call me to revise the quote on when it would be done and I was told that it was my problem and if I needed the lens then I should have called them for an update. \r \r Long story short, after 60 days I called again for an update and was told that they never ordered the part needed to fix my lens. I went and picked up my still broken lens and the owner told me again that this situation was somehow my fault. I told him that he lost a customer and that nobody I knew would ever use Camera Doctor.\r \r Really a horrible experience that cost my photography business a lot of money in rentals while my lens was out for repair. Please trust me and DO NOT use them.
