Review content:
I, my wife and child tried to check in and the clerk told us to come back in a half hour; he had to go eat. He was doing nothing, but giggling with the security guard. But he had to go eat immediately when we walked in the door.
He could not take the 4 minutes to check us in after we had travelled 18 hours and had stayed there before. Altho never more, now.
I asked again for him to reconsider, and he laughed at us.
He has no idea that the hospitality industry is a 'SERVICE' industry. I've asked for nothing less than he be fired. We'll see.
